The Washington-Wilkes Animal Shelter depends on the kindness of our community to provide food, shelter, medical care, and love to animals in need. Whether you choose to make a financial donation, contribute supplies, or volunteer your time, your support plays a vital role in giving every animal a second chance. Here’s how to help.
1. Make a Financial Donation
Every dollar you contribute helps provide food, veterinary care, medications, enrichment, and a safe haven for animals as they await their forever families. We welcome donations to the shelter via PayPal or by check made out to the Washington Wilkes Humane Shelter Association. Checks can be mailed or dropped off at 358 Brown Rd., Washington, GA 30673. Thank you for your support!
2. Make an Inventory Donation
Everyday supplies help us care for the animals and keep the shelter running smoothly. You can drop off the supplies from the list at our shelter, Washington-Wilkes Animal Shelter, 358 Brown Dr., Washington, GA, Tuesday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m.
